Considered treatments.
Personal to you.
Select a treatment to explore the options. Your consultation will establish what is suitable, what is available and how a plan could be paced around you.
Facial lines & expression
A medical consultation for facial ageing and expression.
Discuss concerns about facial lines, changes in expression and the balance of your features. Your doctor will review your medical history, assess your anatomy and explain suitable options and alternatives.
Any prescription treatment requires an individual clinical assessment. A consultation may or may not lead to a prescription or treatment.
Dermal fillers
Subtle volume, facial definition and natural-looking balance.
Hyaluronic acid fillers may be considered to address selected concerns about volume or contour. Your plan looks at the whole face, with an emphasis on proportion and subtle changes.
- Subtle lip enhancement
- Discuss lip definition, shape and balance, with a conservative approach tailored to your natural features.
- Cheek enhancement
- Assessment of cheek volume and contour in the context of your overall facial proportions.
- Chin enhancement
- Explore concerns about chin projection and how it relates to your profile.
- Nasolabial folds
- Assessment of the lines that run from the nose to the corners of the mouth.
- Marionette lines
- Assessment of lines beneath the mouth corners and changes in lower-face support.
Product and quantity are selected after assessment. Your doctor will explain the risks, including the rare risk of a blocked blood vessel, tissue injury or vision loss, before you decide.
Skin boosters
Consultation-led care for hydration and skin quality.
Injectable skin treatments may be considered for concerns about hydration, texture and skin quality. They have a different purpose from fillers used to add facial volume.
- Profhilo®
- A hyaluronic acid-based option to discuss when considering skin quality and hydration.
- Seventy Hyal®
- A hyaluronic acid-based skin booster option. Your doctor will explain how it differs and whether it suits your needs.
Ask about current availability at your consultation. The treatment area, product and any course of sessions should follow your individual assessment.
Polynucleotides
An individual assessment of skin rejuvenation options.
Discuss skin-quality concerns, including fine lines, texture and the delicate under-eye area. Suitability depends on your medical history, the treatment area and the specific product.
- Face & skin quality
- Your doctor can explain options such as Plinest® and Nucleofill®, their intended use and the available evidence.
- Under-eye assessment
- A careful assessment of the cause of your concern is needed; not every under-eye concern is suitable for an injectable treatment.
Dr Master will discuss expected limitations, alternatives and possible risks before making a recommendation. Results vary.
Chemical peels
A tailored approach to skin texture, clarity and dullness.
Chemical peels use controlled exfoliation. They may be considered for selected concerns about texture, dullness or pigmentation after an assessment of your skin type and history.
- BioRePeel®
- Discuss whether this peel is appropriate for your skin and what recovery and aftercare would involve.
- Personalised combination plans
- Any combination with FILLMED NCTF® needs an individual plan. Compatibility, timing and the risks of each step will be explained in advance.
Peels can cause irritation, redness and pigmentation changes. Your doctor will explain preparation, sun protection and aftercare for the chosen treatment.
Medical microneedling
Assessment-led treatment for selected skin-texture concerns.
Microneedling uses fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. It may be considered for selected concerns about texture and acne scarring following a skin assessment.
Ask about Dermapen 4® microneedling at your consultation. Your plan will address device choice, treatment intensity, recovery and any course of sessions. Supporting products should be suitable for the intended use.
Redness, sensitivity and other adverse effects are possible. Your doctor will discuss the risks and aftercare specific to your skin.
Exosomes & regenerative options
A cautious conversation about emerging treatments.
Exosome products are an emerging area. Evidence and product quality vary, and claims about tissue regeneration or faster healing should be considered carefully.
Dr Master can discuss the current evidence, limitations and established alternatives. Any recommendation would require review of the exact product and its intended use; this page does not promise that an exosome treatment is available or suitable for you.
Jaw tension or excessive sweating?
Contact the practice to discuss an appropriate medical assessment. These concerns need a diagnosis and a discussion of suitable treatment options.
A plan that starts with you.
Understand
Talk through your concerns, goals, medical history, allergies and any previous aesthetic treatments.
Explore
Discuss suitable options, realistic outcomes, alternatives, risks and recovery. Taking no action is always an option.
Decide
Take time to consider your personalised recommendation. Your doctor will explain the next steps, aftercare and any appropriate follow-up before you decide.
Your questions,
answered.
Good care includes time to understand both the potential benefits and the limitations of treatment.
Will I still look like myself?
The aim is a subtle, balanced result that works with your features. Your doctor will discuss what is realistic for you. Results vary and no particular outcome can be guaranteed.
What are the risks and recovery time?
All aesthetic procedures carry risks. Depending on the treatment, these can include redness, swelling, bruising, infection, changes in pigmentation or allergic reactions. Dermal fillers also carry a rare risk of blocked blood vessels, tissue injury and vision loss. Your doctor will explain the specific risks and recovery before consent.
Can several treatments be combined?
Sometimes, but a staged plan may be more appropriate. Compatibility, timing and product choice require an individual assessment. You do not need to start several treatments at once.
What about exosomes?
Exosome products are an emerging area. Evidence and product quality vary, and claims about tissue regeneration or faster healing should be treated carefully. Dr Master takes a cautious approach to emerging treatments and can discuss the current evidence and alternative options during your consultation.
How do I prepare for a consultation?
Bring details of medicines, allergies, relevant medical conditions and previous treatments. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not stop prescribed medication unless your treating clinician advises you to.
What happens after treatment?
You should receive treatment-specific aftercare and advice on when to seek help. Contact the practice if you have concerns. Sudden vision changes or severe unexpected pain after filler treatment need urgent medical assessment.
